Additional Services
- Inclusions Basic: ₩1,000 per unit. Album purchases only. Photocards and POBs only.
- Inclusions Premium: ₩2,000 per unit. Album purchases only. Choose exactly which inclusions to keep.
- Vacuum Packaging: ₩6,000 per package. Only if size permits.
- Extra Protection: ₩3,000 per package. Additional bubble wrap and protective padding.
- Shipping Insurance: 2% of declared value. FedEx and selected Standard Shipping destinations.

Storage Fees
Free storage for 45 days from check-in date.
- First 45 days: Free
- After 45 days: ₩1,000 per package per day (₩2,000 per package per day if the dimensional weight is 10 kg or more)
- Maximum storage period: 90 days
Dimensional weight formula: L x W x H (cm) / 5000 = dimensional weight (kg)
A package left for 90 days without a shipping request, payment, or other instruction may be treated as abandoned. We send a notice first, and if there is no response within 14 days, the items may be sold, donated, or disposed of.

International Shipping
Shipping costs are based on destination and chargeable weight (actual or dimensional weight, whichever is greater).

- FedEx: 2–5 business days: Fastest option
- SF Express: 3–7 business days
- EMS: 5–15 business days: Korea Post service
- Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days: Economy option via Yun Express, Rincos, and similar carriers. Branded products cannot be shipped with this method.

Customs Clearance Fees (DDP)
- Standard Shipping: ₩2,000 to ₩5,000. On available destinations.
- FedEx International Connect Plus: ₩6,000. ₩12,000 if the estimated import charges are more than ₩120,000.
On DAP shipments, clearance fees are billed to you by the carrier.

- No handling fee if the issue is caused by the seller
- ₩5,000 if the return is requested for other reasons
- Return shipping and other costs, if applicable
- ₩1,000 handling fee if the seller cancels your order before shipment

- ₩5,000 per return request
- All related costs, including return shipping, are paid by you
- You arrange the return directly with the seller
