KoreaHaul provides intermediary purchasing, warehouse storage, and logistics services only.

Except where explicitly stated, KoreaHaul is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor, or merchant of record for third-party goods.

All contracts for third-party goods are formed directly between the customer and the original seller.

Ownership of goods remains with the customer, provided that the customer complies with the storage, payment, and shipping requirements described in these Terms.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use KoreaHaul.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

KoreaHaul may suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraud, abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

KoreaHaul collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By using the services, you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

KoreaHaul reserves the right to request identity verification, payment verification, or additional documentation before processing purchases, storage, or shipment.

Personal information collected for verification purposes will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

KoreaHaul may delay, suspend, or cancel services if verification is not completed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

KoreaHaul acts solely as a purchasing agent.

KoreaHaul is not responsible for inaccurate product photos, listing errors, color differences, size differences, or seller-provided information.

Customers must review product listings carefully before requesting purchase.

KoreaHaul places orders strictly according to the product links, options, and instructions submitted by the customer.

The customer is responsible for verifying product details including size, color, specifications, authenticity, and seller reputation before submitting a purchase request.

KoreaHaul is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer instructions.

The Buy For Me service is deemed fully performed and completed five (5) calendar days after the unboxing video is provided to the customer.

After this period, the service is considered completed and no further claims regarding seller errors, product condition, or item discrepancies will be accepted.

Customers have five (5) calendar days to report seller-related errors.

Returns, replacements, or refunds depend solely on seller approval.

If a return is requested due to customer preference, a USD $10 service fee applies.

The customer is responsible for all seller return shipping costs and related fees.

Customers may send items they purchased independently to the KoreaHaul warehouse.

Customers must provide required product and purchase information before storage begins.

KoreaHaul is not responsible for incorrect items, missing items, seller fraud, or damages occurring before arrival at the KoreaHaul warehouse.

Unboxing service is optional. If unboxing is not requested, KoreaHaul is not responsible for the contents of sealed packages.

Free storage is provided for forty-five (45) calendar days.

After 45 days, storage fees of USD $1 per package per day apply.

Optional services and fees are governed by the Services Page and Pricing Page.

After packing or consolidation, customers must complete shipping payment within five (5) calendar days.

Failure to pay may result in storage fees or disposal.

Liability shall not exceed actual carrier compensation received.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the carrier once the package is handed over to the selected international carrier.

Claims must be reported within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery and must include a complete unboxing video.

If a lower value is declared, liability is limited to the declared value.

If insurance is not purchased, the customer accepts all transit risk.

Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the service fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

KoreaHaul shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or market value changes.

Exchange rates may include a buffer or margin set by KoreaHaul.

Payment gateway fees and currency conversion fees are non-refundable.

Refunds involving currency conversion use the original transaction rate.

The customer acts as the Importer of Record for all international shipments.

KoreaHaul does not guarantee successful customs clearance and is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or additional import charges.

KoreaHaul may refuse or limit services for legal, safety, fraud, or operational reasons.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks are prohibited.

Customers agree to contact KoreaHaul and attempt resolution before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

If a dispute is resolved in KoreaHaul's favor, the customer must repay disputed amounts and associated costs including payment processor fees.

Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Before filing legal action, the customer must provide written notice of the dispute and allow thirty (30) days for KoreaHaul to attempt resolution.

KoreaHaul is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

All disputes shall be filed exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.

KoreaHaul may update these Terms from time to time.

For material changes, at least fourteen (14) days' notice will be provided before changes take effect.

Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
