1.What is KoreaHaul?
KoreaHaul is a Korean proxy shopping and package forwarding service. We help international customers purchase products from Korean online stores that don't ship overseas, and forward packages from Korea to destinations worldwide.
2.What's the difference between "Buy For Me" and "Receive For Me"?
Buy For Me: Send us the product link through our request form and we'll purchase it for you using our Korean payment methods. Perfect if you can't pay on Korean websites or want a hassle-free experience.
Receive For Me: Shop yourself on Korean stores and ship to our warehouse address. You handle the purchase, we handle the international shipping. Ideal if you want full control or access to member-only deals.
3.Do I need an account to use KoreaHaul?
Yes, a free account is required. It gives you access to all our services: Buy For Me, Receive For Me, your personal Korean warehouse address, order tracking, shipment history, and Store Credit.
You must be 18 or older to register and use our services.
4.What items are prohibited or restricted?
We cannot ship items that violate Korean export laws or international shipping rules. Common prohibited categories include:
- Lithium batteries and devices containing them (depending on carrier)
- Aerosols, flammable liquids, and pressurized containers
- Fresh food, meat, dairy, and most perishables
- Alcohol and tobacco products
- Knives, weapons, and replica firearms
- Counterfeit or unauthorized brand merchandise
- Hazardous chemicals and pharmaceuticals
Some items can be shipped by certain carriers only (for example, cosmetics by sea freight). If you're unsure about an item, contact us before purchasing. We reserve the right to refuse any item that cannot be shipped safely or legally.
