Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policies depend on the service type and the reason for the return. Please read carefully: timeframes are strictly enforced.

Section 01

Overview

KoreaHaul acts as an intermediary purchasing, warehouse storage, and logistics service: not as the seller or merchant of record. Because of this, returns and refunds are subject to both our policies and the policies of the original seller.

Return eligibility depends on the service used (Buy For Me or Ship For Me), the reason for the return, and whether the original seller agrees to accept it.

Important
All services are provided on an "as is" basis. KoreaHaul is not liable for seller errors, product quality issues, or damages that occurred before items arrive at our warehouse.

Section 02

Buy For Me: Returns

The Buy For Me service is considered fully completed five (5) calendar days after the unboxing video is provided. All return requests must be made within this window.

Reporting Window

You have 5 calendar days from when the unboxing video is sent to report any seller-related errors, item discrepancies, or product condition issues. After this period, no further claims will be accepted.

Returns and refunds for Buy For Me orders depend entirely on seller approval. KoreaHaul cannot guarantee any seller will accept a return. You are responsible for all domestic return shipping costs and any fees charged by the seller.

Non-Refundable

  • The Buy For Me service fee is non-refundable regardless of the return outcome
  • Payment gateway and currency conversion fees are non-refundable
  • Domestic return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility if applicable

Section 03

Receive For Me: Returns

For Ship For Me orders, KoreaHaul is not responsible for incorrect items, missing items, seller fraud, or any damage that occurred before arrival at our warehouse. If unboxing was not requested at check-in, we are not responsible for the contents of sealed packages.

Return Conditions

  • Return processing fee: USD $10 per return request
  • Domestic return shipping: Charged separately: your responsibility
  • You are responsible for arranging the return with the original seller directly
  • KoreaHaul handles repackaging and domestic re-dispatch only
Tip
Before shipping items to our warehouse, we recommend requesting an unboxing service (USD $2) so that any issues can be identified and reported before storage begins.

Items Not Yet Submitted

If you have not yet submitted purchase details for a Ship For Me item, you have 14 calendar days from when we notify you of its arrival. Failure to respond within this period may result in the item being returned or disposed of at your risk.

Section 04

Seller-Initiated Cancellation

Occasionally a seller may cancel an order before domestic shipment. This is outside KoreaHaul's control and does not constitute a KoreaHaul service failure.

Applicable Fees

  • The Buy For Me service fee is non-refundable
  • Transaction fee and foreign exchange conversion fee are non-refundable
  • A USD $1 handling fee applies
Note
Seller cancellations are beyond our control. KoreaHaul will process your refund of the item cost minus the applicable fees as stated above.

Section 05

Refunds

Refunds are processed once a return has been confirmed by the seller and any applicable deductions have been calculated.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds depend entirely on seller approval for Buy For Me orders
  • Service fees, gateway fees, and currency conversion fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds involving currency conversion are processed at the live exchange rate at the time of refund, which may differ from the original rate: you may receive more or less than the original amount paid
  • Exchange rates may include a buffer or margin set by KoreaHaul

Chargebacks

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks are prohibited. Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, you must contact KoreaHaul first and attempt resolution. If a dispute is resolved in KoreaHaul's favor, you must repay the disputed amount plus all associated payment processor fees.

Section 07

How to Request a Return

Follow these steps to submit a return or damage claim.

  1. Check your eligibility window

    Buy For Me: within 5 days of unboxing video. Receive For Me: contact us as soon as possible after identifying the issue.

  2. Prepare your documentation

    Have your order number ready.

  3. Contact KoreaHaul

    Email support@koreahaul.com or message us on WhatsApp at +82-10-5725-1222. Include your order number, reason for return, and all supporting documentation.

  4. Await seller response (Buy For Me)

    We will contact the seller on your behalf. Return approval depends entirely on the seller. This process may take several business days.

  5. Return shipped & refund processed

    Once the seller confirms acceptance, we dispatch the return. Refunds are processed after confirmation, minus applicable fees, using the original transaction rate.
