Warehouse Service
Store your purchases safely in our Korean warehouse until you are ready to ship.
How It Works
Your packages are received and officially checked in at our warehouse. We securely store your items and keep them visible in your dashboard so you can manage them anytime. When you are ready, simply submit a request for international shipping.
Storage Terms
- Day 0–45: Free storage
- Day 46–90: USD $1 per package per day
- Maximum storage period: 90 days
Abandonment Policy
Packages stored for ninety (90) days from the warehouse check-in date without a shipping request, payment, or account activity may be considered abandoned. Before any disposal, we will send at least one notice to your registered email. If we do not receive a response within fourteen (14) days, the items may be disposed of.
